Storage & Freshness
This is a fresh, perishable product and is NOT shelf-stable.
Refrigerate immediately upon receipt.
Best used within 3 weeks from the date received.
For longer storage, sea moss gel may be frozen. Freezing can extend its usable life, but it is not the preferred storage method for maintaining the original texture.
Once thawed, keep refrigerated and follow the original 3-week refrigerated-use window.
Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.
